2012 Jr. High All-State
Congrats to Jordan A. and Bobby P. for making the 2012 All-State Jr. High honor band! They will be playing with 70 other of Indiana's best young wind musicians. They perform at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne on January 21 at 10:00.

2011 Recitals
The week of May 23rd, students in Mr. Appel's school districts participated in their respective recitals, arranged by Mr. Appel. This was the next level of challenge, and for many students, it was the first time to perform in front of an audience by themselves. They all did a wonderful job and gained valuable experience. Congrats recital performers!

...who is passionate about music. He has taught privately for ten years, been a brass instructor with the Blue Stars drum and bugle corps and has years of experience as a band director. Mr. Appel is/has been a member of Music Teachers National Association, International Trombone Association, Indiana Bandmasters Association, Music Educators National Conference and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. Families of all kinds are welcome!
